Call me/ Text me/ Facebook me
There is always some sort of dilemma when you meet someone when in a hurry and instead of chatting, you say ‘call me later’, for example.
So I began to think about a sort of app or mobile phone setting which would allow you to do this in a quick and efficient way.
I thought about having a setting built in on your phone which would act like a reminder, where you would push a quick dial button or number like 411 and that would allow you to voice record a name. Granted this name is stored in your contacts then this would link to the number in your phone book and record a time for when you would call this person back. Then, at the expected time your phone would bleep the reminder and automatically show the person, giving you the option to ‘call’, ‘text’, or ‘facebook’. This could also be done via voice recording in order to make the process quicker if on the move.
